Making A Purchase
We want to make it easy for you to buy from us and indeed we aim to make it a pleasure for you to buy from us. Our objective is to simplify the buying process on our shopping cart website and we hope that you will find that to be the case.
Just browse our catergories and click on any item(s) that you wish to buy and put it into the shopping cart and move to "Checkout " where you will be asked for a few details that we need to satisfy your order.
We accept payment with Visa, Master Card credit cards, Paypal, Check and Money Order. We do not charge for an item unless it is in stock. Paying by Check and Money Order will delay your order as we will first need to clear the Check and Money Order first before shipping the products to you.
Your personal information during the checkout process is encrypted with industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
Should an item be out of stock you will not be charged until this item is shipped to you.
Shipping are calculated depending on the weight of the order and the delivey destination. These charges are visible to you when you proceed to the Checkout and before you finalise the order transaction.
Be assured that we have taken every care to ensure that we have sourced the most equitable shipping costs.
As soon as we receive your order we will begin working on it right away.
Our store operates Tuesday to Friday and we will normally despatch your order 24 hours once the payment has been cleared.
We will advise you by e-mail when your order has shipped.
In the event of goods being damaged on arrival you must advise the carrier and ourselves immediately, signing the Delivery Note to the effect that the goods are damaged. Alternatively, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and if for any reason you are not happy please contact us to explain what the problem is within 15 days of delivery. Exceptions are underwear, Oversized Items & Special Orders
If we agree to exchange or refund the purchase please return it to us and we will reimburse you.
